⭐Introducing Stephanie⭐ She will be subbing for us! Stephanie is a RYT-500, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and owner of YO Uniquely WELL.
Her yoga journey began in 2014 and has become a foundational component of her life, guiding her through experiences of transition, grief, and uncertainty. The abilities to return to her mat, connect with breath, and quiet the mind through movement are grounding forces that she is passionate about sharing with others.
She believes yoga and meditation are truly transformational practices and enable an individual to connect with their inner power and strength both on and off the mat! In her classes, she places an emphasis on proper alignment, breath, and the use of props to support all bodies in finding their fullest expression.
Her classes are aimed at getting students out of their heads and grounded in their bodies by pairing breath to movement. Her hope is that students leave her class feeling lighter, less stressed, and more connected to their inner power.
