Happy New Year!! Hello DAC Members!! So nice to have you all aboard! It's going to be a GREAT year! So excited to kick off this program!! 20-20 YOU!! Remember just do the best you can! Myself and your fellow club members will be cheering you on all the way!!! This club is all about building COMMUNITY and increasing everyone's activity minutes!! Your goal this month is complete at least 3 activities a week for a minimum of 10 minutes each. Make sure to keep track of your completed activities and the amount of time you were active each week. (I trust you to be honest, I'm not going to police you) I will put out a new list of suggested activities each week. Every time you complete the weekly challenge you earn 3 Diversa Fit Dollars. Diversa Fit Dollars may be redeemed for personal training or yoga sessions. Each Diversa Fit Dollar is worth $1. You can earn up to 12 Diversa Fit Dollars a month! That's $12 a month you can put towards fitness training!! There will be bonus challenges throughout the month with multiple chances to earn even MORE D Iversa Fit Dollars!! You may bank your Diversa Fit Dollars (DD), redeem them, or gift them to a friend or family member. Pretty cool right?!
