Best Martial Arts and Combat Sports Classes in Rocklin, CA

Our two week trial equates to four free classes. An interested trial student would choose their two select days and times each week and Bennati's would schedule them accordingly. No payment is necessary, and there is no pressure to join. We just want you to try us before you decide to enroll. All trial students will need to fill out a necessary waiver and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing during their trial. A uniform (called a gi) is included upon enrollment. A trial student may enroll at any time during their trial, and many often do.

New students will need to purchase hand gear, and once they become sparring eligible they will need to complete their sparring set. Adults will need their own bag gloves. Down the line and upon advancement to weapons at Green Belt (ages 8 & up and up only) students will need to purchase their own weapons (Bo and Sai). Besides optional (but encouraged) Tournaments, our pricing is all-inclusive. We sell each of these items at our proshop located in the Dojo.

We provide your first white uniform, called a GI, FREE upon sign up. New students on trial periods may wear any comfortable gym clothing. For the conscious effort of attending your first class, you will receive your white belt, called an OBI to wear immediately there-after. Kids earn their white belts by helping out at home and practicing good life skills.

Our Tiny Tigers class is geared for ages 4-5, however we will evaluate children at age 3 1/2. Evaluation does not guarantee enrollment. A good rule of thumb is if they aren't potty trained yet - they aren't ready for structured karate classes.

We are your direct vendor for all of your high-quality, safety approved sparring gear and accessories. We keep most items readily in-stock, or will order your custom and specialty items as needed from our suppliers such as Century, Shock Doctor, and Swift. Just stop by the front desk anytime. As you or your student advance, earned patches and belts are included in tuition and will automatically be timely and symbolically presented.
