Best Dance Classes near Pittsfield, MA

Join Antoinette Simms every 1st Friday of the month for a special Healing Sound Bath. Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit during this meditative and relaxing experience, where you will lie down or be seated in a comfortable position to listen and receive resonant sounds from crystal and Tibetan bowls, a crystal harp, chimes and the use of one’s own sound to tune up the chakra system, including vibrational sounds and affirmations. You will be guided into a natural state of relaxation, harmony, and bliss where deep self-healing and transformation can occur. No need to do anything, simply be – and allow yourself to receive the resonant vibrations of the instruments. Sound and vibration are powerful tools that create a bridge between our hearts and minds, our bodies and spirits. They can take us beyond our logical, rational minds into a place of deep healing, creativity, intuition and insight; leaving you feeling relaxed, blissful, calm and at peace. All are welcome! No experience needed.
