FAQs

What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a fitness system designed to build strength, endurance, stamina, and confidence. CrossFit combines weight training, strength training, cardio and bodyweight exercises into a full fitness training program. Our workouts of the day (WODs) offer variety in your workout programs, designed to constantly push you to your new limits. With CrossFit, your whole body will get a full workout.

Is CrossFit for everyone?

Yes, CrossFit is for everyone, from the young to the old. The student and the grandmother. The answer is SCALABILITY. Each exercise we perform can be broken down to very simple movements and scaled to your fitness level.

Are guests permitted?

Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a friend or family member to try out our gym for the day. If your guest has never done CrossFit before, they must schedule an "intro class" with us (needs to be scheduled ahead of time).

More detailed information is available on the FAQ page of our website.
