After a brief opening meditation, we’ll stretch and loosen up with a gentle yoga practice, accompanied by the soft sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more. You’ll then sink into an extended Savasana like no other while you become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Sign up for one session or for all! Open to all levels; no experience needed. Please bring a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- blanket, bolster, pillow, eye covering, etc.
