Your Yoga is Now On Main Street Niantic Yoga has been serving local residents since 2002. After living on Liberty Way for most of those years, we now live on Main Street. We now offer Vinyasa Yoga in addition to our Blanket/Svaroopa Yoga classes, as well as Yoga Nidra and meditation classes. We host a variety of classes throughout the week and on weekends, so your schedule is no longer a road block to your wellness. We are an inclusive, safe and welcoming community to all people, regardless of our similarities or our differences. We have built a culture of trust, transparency and service to others.
