All students will learn designated techniques for each belt, a kata or form, special techniques including kicks, punches, and joint locks, as well as a variety of drills to enhance movement, speed, endurance, and timing. Classes are physically demanding and will require physical exercise, stretching, and physical contact as the various techniques are learned.

Special Seminars may be offered on the weekends for a variety of specialty courses such as Ju-Jitsu, Sparring, Weapon Defense, and Knife Defense by guest instructors or staff at the school separate from the general classes.
