For most classes, we recommend bringing comfortable workout attire, such as athletic shorts or leggings, a t-shirt, and appropriate footwear. For specific classes like BJJ, we recommend a BJJ gi (uniform) and a mouthguard.

Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes, we offer personalized training sessions with our experienced coaches. Personal training allows for customized workout plans tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Can I try a class before becoming a member?
