In January of 2023, I was in tears because I realized my health was in terrible shape ( obese, no energy, body pain, sleep problems).
Super clean facility and 24/7 access is super nice and the staff is great at answering any questions you have.
Lots of equipment and good sized facility for the price.
Update: most spiders have been removed from the entrance, some big mf spiders are still at the front, but big improvement!

As someone who is tired of crowded gyms, NRG Lab is great because it's a small, intimate club with plenty of equipment for a great price.
