Bring your toes together and spread your knees. Bring your hips toward your heels and forhead toward the ground. You can extend your arms in front of you or bring them down by your sides. If your forehead doesn't touh the ground - you can stack your fists and set your forehead on them or use a block or cushion. Focus on your breath. Notice how your body subtely moves with the breath. Release all the muscular tension that you are able to do.nnChild's pose doesn't feel restorative to many. To find another way to relax and focus on your breathing, practice on your back.
