And yet, this can be very challenging as we move into the holiday season, perhaps with plans and busyness. So we take some time out to rest and honor this time of longer nights and moonlight. It's a beautiful time to cultivate inner quiet and open to what is waiting to be revealed. From this place of wise stillness, we face the returning light of the Sun and start our journey back towards longer days: more rested, supported and fortified; ready to gather and enjoy. Please join us for an experiential afternoon immersed in movement, breath, mudra (hand gestures), sound, and yoga nidra meditation. Appropriate for all levels.
