We're getting the band back together, maaan. There will be some changes on the days and times. Men’s Chair Yoga will be Sundays from 4-5pm. And the more active Men’s Yoga will move to Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Classes will continue to be at Fitness Over Fifty. But remember: you don't have to be a member to join the classes, and age is just a number, classes are suitable for young men in their teens to men in their 80s.
