FAQs

What if I need to cancel?

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a $10 cancelation fee. Drop-ins and class passes will lose the class. To help us in class planning and to ensure all who want to attend are able to do so, we strictly enforce this policy. To cancel your class, login to your account and click cancel. No shows will lose the class.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 10 minutes prior to class to allow time to get comfortable and set up. Please leave within 10 minutes of class ending to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation between classes.

Why do my class passes expire?

In simple terms, to keep us in business! Since we are a small business, we have to make sure our customers take classes and come back for more :) In addition, we often receive requests to extend passes and strive to ensure fairness across the board.

Anything else I should know?

We ask that you kindly remove your shoes when walking on the studio floor and please check your cell phone and electronic devices at the door. Leave your belongings in the cubbies as we have limited space on the floor.
