FAQs

Where do I put my things like my bag and phone?

Our studio is equipped with complimentary lockers with built in combinations, as well as cubbies outside the yoga room for use. We like to keep the yoga room free and clear of distractions to create a mindful practice, so please leave your things outside the door.

How can I care for myself before and after class?

Self care is self love! Before you flow, ensure you are well hydrated and well rested the 24 hours prior to your class. We also recommend avoiding heavy meals 90 minutes prior to class. After class, make sure you honor your body by drinking water and replenishing with electrolytes.

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

Life happens! Just make sure to cancel your class 3 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a $20 late cancel/ no show fee. Any classes canceled after that 3 hour window will be assessed the fee.

How does your waitlist work?

We do have a waitlist that you can add yourself to online! We ask that all yogis signed up for a class arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting to secure your spot in the room. Five minutes prior to the start of each class, we will begin letting waitlisted yogis into class.

Are showers available?

Yes! Our showers are stocked with organic, paraben and sulfate free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plus, shower towels are also available for rent if you forget yours at home.

More info can be found on the FAQ page of our website.

We’ve all heard how important the concept of spiritual surrender is. But how do you actually surrender to the Divine? And how do you know when your prayers are answered? There are many teachings I can offer in a spiritual coaching session, but here’s a simple practice you can embrace right now: Steps to Surrender to the Divine: Identify the problem or desire you want to address. Take some deep breaths into the heart. Have an honest dialogue with the Divine about your issue. Be patient while the Divine addresses your request. Look for signs (both inside you and outside) that give you a clear answer. This simple practice is not always easy. Sometimes it takes a spiritual coach to help you: Unveil what the real desire or problem is; Learn powerful spiritual prescriptions that quickly move you to experiencing the blessings of the Divine; Discover how to enjoy the practice of patience when you want to force your will on the situation; Learn how to read the Divine signs inside you and around you that answer your most pressing questions. Surrender is not about surrendering your power. It’s about surrendering the forceful ego-driven will to a greater Divine Will so that you are in alignment and can access greater power and wisdom. This is why a Sufi-Yoga spiritual coaching session can really help. As you discover the many benefits of surrender, you’ll find that you have more ease, peace, trust, energy, love and wisdom. Book a complimentary 30-minute Freedom Session today.
