I'm here checking in about our current weather predictions for the weekend --- it's looking way better for Western North Carolina than anticipated a few days ago as Hurricane Ian shifted east. However, after leading Yoga in the Park Avl for 4 seasons, I've experienced my share of rain in the mountains --- with the heavy rains expected tonight+tomorrow, I assume even if it's said to be clear by Sunday (which there are conflicting forecasts whether it will be light rain or clear Sun. morn), I expect our grounds will not be favorable for Yoga in the Park! 👉🏽 Unfortunately, we will NOT hold classes this weekend (because yoga+possible rain+50*s weather = 🥶) I hope you'll create time+space to connect with your practice, see you next weekend 💖...
