We will learn how to prepare salads with all the fixings in jars that will stay fresh, unwilted, and ready to eat at a moment’s notice or on the go. We will also enjoy a spa treatment so get ready to pamper yourself. The event cost is $15 if you are providing your own mason jars and $20 if the mason jars are to be provided by The Z Spot Fitness Studio. You can choose between 4 - 16oz or 2-32oz jars. After we finish preparing our salads in the jars and eating the leftovers, this event also includes a special spa facial treatment. What could be better than enjoying a little pampering? IMPORTANT: If you are paying $20 the wide-mouth jars and all the salad dressings will be provided but we need everyone to bring the fixins. Below is a link to the signup genius for the event. Please sign up to bring 2 items. To make our salad-making go smoothly please have your produce washed, chopped, and prepared as the signup instructs. Make sure your items are READY to serve in a bowl with utensils. You can never have enough dressings so if you have a favorite we would love to try it. Also you may bring a pre-cooked protein of choice, or just add it at home/take alongside when you pack them on the go. **Please note there are two signups. One is for the event and the second is to sign up for the items you will be bringing. There is a $5 non-refundable deposit for the event with the balance of payment due in person.
