Do I need to be certified to train here?
Yes, all active trainers here must provide proof of active & accredited personal trainer & cpr/first aid certification. BUT if you are not yet certified or currently working towards your certification, please ask us about our collaboration options for you!
Can I hold a class or special event here?
Yes! We allow our 2,000 square foot warehouse to be rented out for larger group classes & special events. Contact us now to check our availability and get more information on renting out our space for your event.
What hours are you open to schedule training?
Great question! We have studio business hours and we also have scheduling hours for trainers with an active agreement. Training hours are MONDAY-THURSDAY 5am-8pm; FRIDAY 5am-until; SATURDAY 7am-12pm; SUNDAY closed.
