FAQs

Is your office wheelchair accessible?

My Boulder office is wheelchair accessible, including accessible bathrooms. My Louisville office is not, and you must be able to walk up and down stairs. If this is a concern, please reach out to discuss options that might work for you.

How long are sessions?

Weekly or biweekly individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Because somatic and creative methods benefit from more spacious time, I also offer 90 minutes sessions and 2-4 hour intensives on a case by case basis. We can discuss together what feels like the right length for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I can easily accept credit cards, which I will charge automatically after each session. Most people find this extremely convenient! Cash and PayPal are also options.

Do you take insurance?

No. I can work more freely and effectively when I am not beholden to an insurance company. If your insurance covers out-of-network providers, I can provide you with receipts to submit for possible reimbursement.

Do you only work with women?

Nope! I work with people of all gender identities! While I tend to focus on women-identified individuals and AFAB (assigned female at birth) non-binary folks, my practice does not exclude anyone based on gender.
