Great small gym clean and well maintained. One of the better gyms in my book, would definitely go back again. I would suggest this gym to anyone. Had more dumbbell weight than planet fitness near here for the ones who need it. Nothing I personally did not really like. Lockers are a little small and could be organized a little better for legs and upper body. But has everything you would need in a gym, could use a little music, a little to quiet for my taste. Other than that 9/10. Owner was very friendly 10/10 for customer service.

Membership is a fair price and for a small town this beats some large city facilities I've seen.
We came in from out of town and they gave us a week pass for a good price

I honestly didn't expect much given the population density of Groton, but I was in awe with the amount of space and equipment this gym had to offer.
