What if I miss a virtual training session or an in-studio session?

We have a 12 hour cancelation policy so you have more than enough time to cancel your session and re-schedule for another day and time that works better for you.

What certifications do your trainers have?

There are several certifications that our trainers hold, Superslow Strength Training certification, ACE personal trainer certification, ACE master trainer Certification, NASM personal trainer certification, Corrective exercise certification, Precision Nutrition certification.

Do you offer online training that I can do from home?

Yes! Virtual sessions are as simple as answering your phone. You do not need any special equipment, just a cell phone or a computer, and we will guide you through a great workout from home, office, or while you are on vacation.

Do I need a specific software program to connect to my virtual training session?

No, we can Facetime you if you have an iPhone or we can video chat through your phone with an Android. If you use your computer you will need to use a video chat platform which the trainer will set up and send you the invite all you need to do is accept the invite and open the video to start!
