Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time. If you are running late, please call the studio to let us know so we can hold your spot. If there is a waitlist for the class, you must be there 3 minutes prior to class in order to hold your spot or it will be given away to those on the waitlist. Classes start promptly. For your safety and that of other participants, we do not allow late entrance to classes after the 5-minute mark.

We will not permit entrance into a class after 5 minutes post-start time. This is for the safety and experience of all other members within the classroom.

Training on the Pilates Reformer is available at many of our Fly studios can be done in either private sessions or in a small group/class setting. You may purchase sessions online, and all sessions are performed on the Allegro reformer in our dedicated Pilates studios. They are perfect for anyone with either scheduling constraints, a need for privacy, or specific goals (including pre- and post-natal needs, or special injury programming). Reformer sessions are 50 minutes long.

Yes. Fly has its own fitness boutique including retail options such as lululemon, Onzie, Splits59, Free People, capriBLUE and more. Brands and inventory may vary between studios.

Contract memberships must be canceled through your local studio. Please contact the Fly team directly outside of the cancellation window in order to confirm your cancellation.
