Flow Fit Yoga & Fitness began in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, and originally all their classes were virtual. In spring of 2021, Alex & Ashlee (owners) noticed that their members were ready to be back in the studio, and so they purchased their studio space and got to work. It is now their full-fledged brick and mortar, and members are happier than ever to be back in-person, not only to get that human connection everyone had been missing but to be a part of a like-minded, inclusive community that strives to put health, wellness, education, and encouragement first.
