Feeling like you're stuck in the mud? Having trouble adjusting back to life after the pandemic? Or, maybe you've been feeling this way for some time now? Then, join us for "Emergence" where we will combine education, breath work, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, and Yoga movements to assist in helping you move out of the muck. Sherry, a certified Yoga instructor and licensed clinical social worker, will take cognitive techniques that she's found beneficial to her clients and bring them into these sessions along Yoga postures to assist you in change. Attend 1 or all 4 sessions. Individual sessions are $30 or take all 4 for $100. Space is limited to 10 to allow each person to receive the most out of the experience. Please bring a journal and pen. The lotus flower blooms out of muck and together we will too. Session topics: 6/5/22- Fear- Identify where you lie in the cycle of change and what may be holding you back from moving forward. 7/10/22- Plant your seeds- Focus on becoming aware of your negative thoughts and learn how to reframe them with healthier ones. We'll discover ways to nurture and grow them. 8/7/22-Self love- Find acceptance and grace for yourself. Identify and celebrate what you bring into this world and who you are. 9/11/22-Gratitude- Identify what you have in your life to be grateful for and how to harness those feelings everyday for a more optimistic outlook on life.
