Right from the Level 1 Training Guide. I agree, it’s dumb to do something that can hurt you. Yet you drink alcohol every week, drive a car everyday and go for sporadic runs. All 3 more likely to hurt you than Cross Fit. It’s mind boggling the excuses we create for ourselves in a bubble. If your mindset is I can’t do something, then you’re going to go through life believing it and you won’t start making changes until you change your mind.
