Expressive Art ~ Mondays at 7:15pm Discover the sacred and healing power of art. This class is designed for creative people who want to open new channels of communication and awaken a deeper level of self-expression. We will explore various forms of art-making, mindfulness, creative processes, and a framework of radical acceptance to better understand, examine, and express your innermost feelings and authentic emotions. Each class begins with a grounding exercise using breath awareness and gentle movement to establish supportive boundaries and a safe, non-judgmental space for all. Following will be a series of creative prompts and expressive art techniques such as writing, painting, drawing, dancing, chanting, singing, sculpture, poetry, and more to help you reclaim your creative power and realize your true nature.
