What are Live Online classes?

Live Online classes are workouts live streamed from our Midland location that you can follow along with from the comfort of your own home. During this session you will see the instructor and hear the music / instructor mic just as you would in the gym. *Available to Bay City and Midland members

What can I expect during a sauna session?

Expect to sweat! Due to the excessive sweating (releasing toxins) be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after every session.

What is the cycling cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel your bike at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class you will be charged a $4 late cancel fee. If you do not cancel and do not show for class you will be charged a $7 no show fee.
