Yoga From the Heart’s live stream classes are an excellent way to stay connected with others and practice yoga to help manage through the COVID isolation.

Lynn not only knows the techniques, and effectively demonstrates and explains their nuances, but clearly practices the exercise herself and thus is very credible.

Introduced to this studio 3 years ago when I was a novice and have recommended them to others.
