I highly recommend this establishment and my service provider Andrea who completed a colonic and foot detox for me.

I also came for a sound healing yoga nidra workshop with Simia Henry and Noemie Luce in the spring, and both of those practitioners had such calm and healing energy.

Definitely recommend booking an appointment with him.

I went today for 5:30 yoga class I guess it's every Thursday and Tuesday from what I was told by the instructorshe went above and beyond from what I was expecting she had her own personal touch to the class it went by so fast because I was enjoying myself that I wish it didn't end it's a little tricky to get there just because of traffic but it's so worth it especially for me since I live in South Phoenix and it's difficult for me to find a good class the facilities were nice the room we were in was clean I very much enjoyed the atmosphere I'm definitely going to come back to anyone looking for a good yoga class with a good instructor that challenges you but yet keeps it free spirited this is the one

After years of putting up with back and posture issues I wanted to try some new therapy for my back muscles, so I am not so hunched over.

It's a pain relief center with an infusion of Medical Marijuana.

10/10 would recommend getting in this studio and treating yourself to some TLC!
