Going to Pallas has been a huge form of self care for me. The pandemic hit me hard emotionally, mentally, and physically. Working in healthcare 50+ hour weeks during the thick of it meant that taking care of myself took a hit. I needed a space that could accommodate my level of fitness after having been out for so long but something that was fun and challenging. Pallas checked off all the boxes.

Had my first foundations class today and felt seen, supported, and deeply challenged.
Great gym & the owner is extremely nice.
My Wife and I did several Saturday drop-ins
Awesome vibe as a drop-in
In addition, the programming is challenging, scalable a lacks a sense of overtraining seen at some gyms.
I never thought I'd be a Crossfit person, but I found this place and went from doing it once a week to twice a week and now do it every day.

I've taken note of my progress and seen my strength and fitness level increase while feeling like there's still plenty of room to grow.
It’s awesome that they mix up the coaches you work with, because everyone teaches movements slightly differently and all it can take is one cue you’ve never had to finally just get something.
I love like I can get a stellar workout in for only an hour of my day and see wonderful smiling faces while I'm at it as well as the myriad of ages that come together to sweat!
