I am a 3rd-degree black belt, and it's hard to find a Master who can and will participate in teaching the kids. I usually see younger students take over most of the time and do Master's work, but not here in Iron Horse TKD. Master Kim is there all the time to show and guide students of all ages. Nowadays, it is tough to find a good quality Taekwondo school, and it's more of a business than teaching the kids discipline, confidence, self-control and politeness.
