The trainers are so encouraging for the kids!
My son and I have mainly worked with Nestor the striking coach and he trains pros, amateurs and beginners like myself and he actually cares about your progress and takes the time to help everyone.
I've been to a few different SD gyms, but professor Terrado and his team are by far the most welcoming and provide great classes/training.
Highly recommend the boxing & ji jitsu class !!!
The boxing coach Nestor Flores is a great teacher who constantly provides guidance on how to improve my technique.
