My son and I have mainly worked with Nestor the striking coach and he trains pros, amateurs and beginners like myself and he actually cares about your progress and takes the time to help everyone.
I've been to a few different SD gyms, but professor Terrado and his team are by far the most welcoming and provide great classes/training.
The boxing coach Nestor Flores is a great teacher who constantly provides guidance on how to improve my technique.
The trainers are so encouraging for the kids!
Nestor the boxing/striking coach has a passion for it and it shows, they really take the time to make sure you get the technique down, something the other gyms that I have visited lacked.
Highly recommend the boxing & ji jitsu class !!!
