One of my absolute favorite yoga teachers in the area. Lauren's classes are rejuvenating! My stress level decreases immensely after every class, whether it's gentle yoga or a yoga flow. Her style of teaching is such that you are comfortable challenging yourself or scaling back a bit by listening to what your body needs at the time.
