I don't want to denigrate the public gym I had been using, but this place is worlds apart.

I also belong to a climbing gym that has multiple locations and lifting areas but the gyms are often so crowded, it’s impossible for me to get through my workout quickly at peak times.

I decided to sign up for this gym last year while I was in a funk because it’s so close to my house but honestly Trevor is the whole reason I’ve stuck with it!

He is smart, helps me understand the exercises and how they benefit my fitness,, answers my questions, listens and is patient with me, and is friendly and motivating.
