Had a great time training with Jancel at the crowbar gym, the personality, specialty equipment and coaching made it difficult for me to return to normal gyms.
And he knows how to provide a very effective and efficient workout with his start of the art equipment.
After 2 weeks of consistent work, I developed a better fitness routine, better form and posture, significantly more strength in my legs, back, and arms, and I seemed to recover a lot faster after workouts.
Jancel Conroy or Crowbar Gym has been the only one to be able to get me back to consistent strength training and progress.
Life is challenging, but I find that I am learning a kit my weeknesses
I've known the instructor since 2009 when he was an assistant instructor at the Reston Institute for Self Defense and can say that Jancel is an very excellent teacher willing to work with you at your level but still push you to go further.
