In these sessions, we work on specific needs, give home corrective exercises, and prepare you for classes. Private sessions typically use any or all of the Pilates equipment. Once you have transitioned to classes private sessions are ideal for troubleshooting any issues that arise in a class, are great to deal with any physical setbacks you may have, and are also perfect for taking your Pilates to the next level. All private sessions and duets are 55 minutes in length.

Kim exceeded all expectations and created a stretch and exercise program specifically targeted at what I needed.
Kim has been able to walk me through what pilates is and show me how to access and strengthen deep muscles to improve posture, strength, and stability throughout my entire body.
We do core work of course, but Pilates works so many different areas of the body that helps to strengthen areas of weakness.
My husband and I have been going to Core Wisdom for some time and we really appreciate Kim's knowledge not only of Pilates, but also Yoga.
