Every teacher I've had here (+ can't forget wellness coordinator, Ariel) has been wonderful in their own individual way.

It is excellent for all ages, children to seniors, and it is my well-being reset space in Framingham.
I mostly do restorative classes with Erica, and it’s the perfect combo of utterly relaxing and finding myself giggling at her energy or commentary.
All the instructors are easy to approach and skilled.
Great experience with several instructors who really know how to make yoga accessible for all.
Although all of the instructors are top notch, Erica stands out because she is the antithesis of what I call “bad Gym Yoga“.
The classes are fun and very beneficial.
Her classes are welcoming and challenging.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
