Cheemah on South Main

Chair yoga with Mary-Ellen is a wonderful way to begin the day -- stretches out the muscles and calms the spirit, all in a beautiful lakeside setting -- everything you need to go out into the world with a recharged body and soul!

I credit Mary Ellen Sutton’s gentle yet firm guidance, as well as the serene lakeside studio setting, for this effect.

I was greeted by Mary Ellen at the door … she brought me to the room my session would be held in.

I continued my classes during the pandemic, Mary Ellen took care in making sure she gives the best, safe, and clean experience.

The owner/instructor is knowledgeable and fun to work with and my only wish is that I had found this magical place sooner.

I have several medical issues and being able to modify poses, keep me comfortable and have me get the full benefit was so great.

Not only is she trained to give a safe, soothing session but the calmness I felt leaving there makes me want to go every week even though I live an hour away!

I come to Cheemah on South Main stressed from a long day and always leave very relaxed and feeling like I’ve had a good work out.
