Best REAL gym in Douglas County by far.
If you want the right equipment and don’t want to be part of a corporate gym this is the place.
Patrons and staff always give a smile and friendly head nod.
Only thing I love that they don't have is a sauna.
Balance is probably the best gym in Castle Rock if you're serious about fitness.
