FAQs

Is there parking?

We have 8 regular spaces and 2 assisted parking spaces in the parking lot outside of the studio. Please note the signs and park in spaces designated for Posture Studio.

Should I eat before class?

Please do not eat a heavy meal before class but also do not arrive on an empty stomach. The exercises at Posture Studio work on deep core muscles, take concentration and require stamina. You do not want to practice with low blood sugar levels. Bring water to class. We do have snacks and water for purchase in the studio.

How many times a week do you suggest one practice Pilates?

Improvement will be noticed with one session weekly, although many clients enjoy 2-3 classes weekly. We do encourage clients to try mat classes as well as equipment classes since matwork is truly the heart of the Pilates practice. Clients find that 1 equipment class plus 1 mat class or 2 equipment classes make them feel wonderful.
