FAQs
How often do you recommend I workout?
That depends on your goals, current activity level and several other factors but a good general rule of thumb is about three times per week. This is something we will recommend to you based on your specific circumstances.
What do I need to bring to workout?
A great attitude! We also recommend a water bottle (we have drinking fountains if you forget), athletic shoes and clothing that allows you to move around comfortably.
What is an InBody scan?
This technology uses bio-impedance in order to measure water and lean body mass. Bio-impedance works by measuring electrical resistance across your body. Muscle and lean tissue have a lower resistance to the flow of electricity, so the leaner you are, the lower you measure in terms of impedance. Water has very little resistance to electricity, while fat has a high resistance. There is no charge to our clients for this service. We recommend testing when you first begin and every 6-12 weeks thereafter.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All of our services are offered on a recurring month to month basis. If at a point in the future you do wish to cancel your membership, all we ask for is a 7 day notice.
