We hosted a workshop for Columbia Multisport Club Thursday night on strength training for runners. Always have fun showing peeps how to stay active! What exactly is CMC you ask? It's an amazing community of endurance (and other activity) athletes that we're proud to support. CMC is inclusive, there are "no drop" runs and rides and training sessions almost every other day. If you're looking to stay active or get started back on hitting these streets and trails, visit the next meeting or look into a membership! It's pretty cheap this year for their 20th anniversary :)...
