How do I start?

Easy, we suggest you come in for a free trial to get your feet wet. We want to make sure you think that Fueled is a good fit for you! During this time you will be able to get a feel for our facility, our programming, and coaching style. Please give us a call or fill out our contact form online to let us know you are coming. All we require is that you come 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver or sign the waiver online and then of course meet your trainer.

What kind of membership do you offer?

We offer ONE affordable month-to-month unlimited membership option. And yes that includes ALL of our group fitness classes. After giving us a trial run, please feel free to ask a trainer for more details. * We also offer a corporate fitness rate for businesses with more than 2 employees. Email us for details.

Do you offer kids fitness classes?

Yes, we have a Fueled Kids class for children ages 6-13. Kids of all fitness levels can join. This is a separate membership fee. *Sibling discounts available.

Do you have personal training?

We do offer one-on-one and small group training. We specialize in both personal and class settings. We want you to feel comfortable and have the option to train how you prefer.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
