What level is the Boot Camp?
The boot camp is designed to challenge any level of fitness. The system is created to do max time intervals. Which means every exercise will be within a time duration, so no one will be left behind and you can go at your own pace.
What do we do on bad weather days?
We workout all year. Only way we cancel a boot camp class is if there lightening. Of course if we have some type of tropicial storm, hail, tornado, or hurricane. The instructor of the group will contact each member a hour before the workout.
How are the instructors?
All Mean Green Training instructors are built on motivating there team to get to their desires. Every instructor have their own style, but we are not built upon yelling in people faces. We encourage all members by a proven system to help motivate our members in all areas of their life.
