A safe team is a healthy team. Before you can enter our dojo you are required to wear a mask. Your temperature must be checked and hands are required to be sanitized before you can join a class. Our training area ( 1,500 sq feet with 22-foot high ceilings ) and all equipment ( Muay Thai-punching bags, Thai pads, jump ropes, Brazilian jiu-jitsu gi rentals, etc. ) are sanitized after each class and the entire dojo is fogged weekly. The dojo is divided for social distancing and class sizes are kept small. Adult students can choose to train independently ( solo jiu jitsu drills or bag drills ) or with a training partner, with or without masks. Children whose parents are uncomfortable with their child training with other kids train in their own space away from other children. Children whose parents are ok with their children training with other students train on the opposite side of the dojo.
