Yoga on the Wharf is an all-level vinyasa class where we link mindful movement with breath. Postures are accessible to everyone and options for modification or amplification are offered. If you don't feel like doing anything, you'll still benefit from being together in the community and breathing with each other and the sounds of the ocean. Arrive at 8:30 to relax and connect. Class begins at 9:00 am. This class is donation-based with $10, $20, and $30 recommended donations. You are welcome to donate online when signing up, or you can donate with cash in person on the day of the event.
