Unlock Your Body’s Potential: Love Your Fascia! In this workshop, we will focus on your fascia - one of the largest organs in your body. Your fascia is responsible for every movement you make. When it becomes stressed, it tightens up, limiting your mobility and causing painful knots. Some factors that cause stress on your fascia include a sedentary lifestyle, repetitive movements that overwork one part of your body, and trauma such as surgery or injury. We will use Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls to teach you self-massaging techniques to help you release tension and physical discomfort, allowing you to move with ease. We will be using LATEX Yoga Tune Up® balls that are specific to this workshop. The price includes a set of standard balls; if you already own Yoga Tune-Up®balls, please bring them, and the price will be adjusted on the day of the workshop. Tennis balls are unacceptable; please do not use or bring tennis balls.
