I’ve been training with Will three times a week for the last year and not only has he helped reshape my body, he’s also reshaped my mind and my connection to exercising.
As I started to get into half marathon training, he didn't let up - we stuck with the plan and I was able to run a super strong first race, where even I surprised myself in how well I was able to do.
If something's not working or if I'm just not feeling a particular exercise, he's quick to tweak our plan on the spot
I saw big results in my body very fast and he taught me what I needed to focus on and what I didn't.
While I may not be as buff as him (I'm probably his oldest client), my son is getting buffer by the minute and has been training with him for the past several months!
Have been working with Will since the end of October and his attention to detail re: data tracking mixed with his client-centered approach makes him both easy to work with and dependable.
By far has been the best shape I've been in physically.
His positivity, knowledge, and tough workouts made 7AM workouts easy to wake up for.
