FAQs

Do you charge initiation or monthly cost?

No. We do not charge any extra cost. Clients only pay a per session rate or monthly rate for sessions to be used with a personal trainer. We also encourage clients to use our cardio equipment anytime at no additional cost.

How often do clients workout with a trainer?

This will depend on your individual goals. We tailor our programs to each client. However, typically our clients train 4-6 times per week with a trainer depending on whether they are participating in 1-on-1 or small group personal training. We definitely encourage working out more often, especially for quicker results!

How does scheduling work?

All of our clients are typically on a set schedule unless they have a busy travel schedule in which case we schedule week by week. However, every session is by appointment only.

What happens if i can't make a session?

We have 3hr notice cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the day before if you would like to move that session to a later time.
